This notice explains what the website and project intake collect, why it is used, and how to ask a privacy question.

1. Entity

This notice applies to information handled through keyframe0.com and direct written project communication.

2. Information collected

The project form may collect your name, email address, company or channel, requested service, timing, website or channel URL, project objective, and details about prior project difficulty. You choose what optional information to provide.

When you send email, approve work, pay an invoice, or deliver project files, the company receives the information required to manage that exchange. Hosting systems may also process basic request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access for security and reliable delivery.

3. How information is used

  • Review and answer project requests.
  • Provide, invoice, support, and deliver purchased services.
  • Maintain the website and protect it from abuse.
  • Meet legal, accounting, and contractual duties.
  • Keep a written record of project decisions and permissions.

Personal information is not sold. This website does not use advertising trackers. No booking calendar is connected.

4. Project form behavior

The current static form prepares a draft in your email application when no form endpoint is configured. Your browser hands the draft to your chosen email application. If a production form endpoint is connected, the endpoint will process the submitted fields for project intake. The interface will state whether it sent the details or prepared a draft.

5. Service providers and disclosure

Information may be handled by providers used for website hosting, email, file transfer, invoicing, payment, project delivery, security, and professional advice. They receive only the access needed for their role and operate under their own terms and privacy duties.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transaction where lawful safeguards apply.

6. Retention and security

Project and contact information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, project history, legal duties, dispute resolution, and security. Retention periods vary by record type.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used. No internet transmission or storage method can be promised as completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you, subject to identity checks and legal exceptions. You may also ask a question about how information was used. The response will follow the rights and timing that apply where you live.

This site is intended for people who can enter a business agreement. It is not directed to children.

8. Changes

This notice may change when the website, service process, providers, or law changes. The effective date at the top will be updated.
